Message dated June 26 was received stating the Governor read the                                                                
following resolution and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies                                                          
to the Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
         HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE JOINT                                                                                       
         RESOLUTION NO. 8(RES) Supporting the                                                                                   
         continued and increased exploration, extraction,                                                                       
         processing, and production of rare earth elements in                                                                   
         the state; and urging the United States Congress to                                                                    
         support efforts of the state to develop rare earth                                                                     
         elements in the state for the benefit of the economic
